Greg Skinner is a Partner at SeatonHill and has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting. Prior to joining SeatonHill, Greg served as the Chief Financial Officer at Landec Corporation from January 1996 to December 2020. At Landec, Greg was responsible for leading the financial team and partnering with the executive team and Board to develop short-term and long-term strategic plans that grew revenues and profits as well as increased shareholder value.
During their tenure at Landec, Greg was instrumental in growing the company from $2M in revenue to over $500M through forward-thinking initiatives and successful M&A deals. Greg also led Landec's compliance with all regulatory requirements and developed annual and five-year strategic financial plans. In addition, Greg closed 20+ licensing deals that expanded product lines by $50M in revenue.

Greg Skinner attended The University of Tulsa, where they earned a BS in Accounting. Greg then attended the Executive Program for Growing Companies at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
