Steve Decosta

Steve DeCosta is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Partner at SeatonHill Partners since January 2023, Steve focuses on providing financial leadership that combines strategic and operational insights. Previously, Steve held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Resolve Tech Solutions and T-System Inc., as well as at Research Now, where responsibilities included overseeing all aspects of accounting and finance during significant corporate transitions. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Vice President, Finance and Americas CFO at e-Rewards, where efforts centered on enhancing performance and positioning finance as a strategic partner within the business. Steve began a career in finance with a focus on rebuilding and optimizing finance organizations to foster efficiency and scalability. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California State University, Northridge.
