Hock Seng Tan

Hock Seng TAN currently serves as Group Head of Security and Business Continuity Management at Seatrium since March 2024. Prior to this role, Hock Seng TAN was Head of Workplace Services and Physical Security at SGX Group from January 2019 to March 2024, overseeing global office safety and security, and achieving ISO 45001 and BIZSAFE certification in Occupational Health and Safety. Hock Seng TAN also held the position of Vice President and Head of Physical Security at the National University of Singapore from October 2010 to January 2019, managing campus security operations and infrastructure projects. Between June 1998 and October 2010, Hock Seng TAN contributed to the Singapore Police Force as Deputy Head Operations in the Special Operations Command, focusing on public order and counter-terrorism operations, while also serving as an Inspector of Police and Senior Investigation Officer, leading criminal investigations. Hock Seng TAN obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physics from the National University of Singapore in July 1994.
