Tay Boon Leong

Tay Boon Leong, also known as Johnny, has extensive experience in the marine and offshore industry, currently serving as Assistant Vice President (Business) at Seatrium since July 2015, focusing on conversions, upgrades, and repairs for floating storage and regasification units (FSRUs), floating storage units (FSUs), floating production storage and offloading units (FPSOs), and floating storage and offloading units (FSOs). Prior to this role, Johnny held multiple positions including Assistant Vice President at SES Marine Services Pte Ltd c/o Sembcorp Marine from July 2015 to December 2021, and various managerial roles within Sembcorp Marine from April 1999 to November 2021, where responsibilities included business operations and health safety environment management. Johnny holds a Bachelor of Occupational Health & Safety from the University of Newcastle and advanced diplomas in Safety, Health & Environmental Management and Ship Building and Offshore Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
