Anita Shah

Anita Shah serves as the Chief Operating Officer at the Seattle Art Museum, overseeing operations during a significant transitional period for the largest visual arts organization in the Pacific Northwest. Previously, Anita held the role of Interim Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director at ACT Theatre, where responsibilities included financial management, strategic planning, and guiding organizational growth. With extensive experience in production management and leadership roles at various esteemed organizations such as Blue Man Productions, New York Live Arts, and Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Anita has consistently demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, organizational leadership, and project management across multiple creative industries. Anita holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Emerson College.
