Lynda Harwood-Swenson

Lynda Harwood-Swenson currently serves as the Art Studio Programs Assistant Manager at the Seattle Art Museum, having held various roles within the organization since November 2010, including Art Studio Senior Program Associate and Program Associate for Schools and Educators. Responsibilities include overseeing the coordination and scheduling of educational programs across multiple museum sites, leading teaching artists, and developing curriculum. Previous experience includes serving as Gallery Director at Arts Studio Gallery from May 2008 to May 2013, where organization and curation of art exhibits were primary tasks, and as a Development Intern at Artist Trust. Lynda holds a Certificate in Museum Studies from the University of Washington and degrees in English, English Literature, Studio Art, and Art History from Michigan State University.
