Nathan Palmer is an experienced fitness professional with a diverse background in personal training, swim instruction, and coaching. Currently serving as a MAT Specialist and Trainer at Seattle Athletic Club since March 2012, Nathan focuses on helping clients enhance their movement, balance, coordination, strength, agility, stamina, and confidence. As the owner of NP-Fitness since March 2008, Nathan emphasizes practical fitness solutions tailored to the real world. Previously, Nathan worked as a Group Exercise Instructor and Personal Trainer at All Star Fitness from January 2007 to March 2012, gaining expertise in water fitness and Muscle Activation Techniques. Nathan holds a Certificate in Personal Training from Ashmead College and a BA in Communications from Phillips University, complemented by studies at the California Institute of the Arts.
