Andy S. serves as the Director of Clinical Services at KIDS AND FAMILY COUNSELING, PLLC since November 2021, managing clinical operations, finances, and company growth, while also engaging in grant writing and teaching on ABA principles and neurobiology. As an adjunct professor with Colorado State University System beginning July 2024 and a faculty member at Tacoma Community College since September 2023, Andy instructs various courses in human services. At Seattle Children's Hospital, Andy works as a Behavior Analyst 2, specializing in autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities. Additionally, Andy holds the position of Elected School Director for Kent District 1 and served on the Governors Committee on Disability Issues under Governor Jay Inslee. Previous experience includes roles in behavior analysis and child welfare investigations. Andy holds a Master's degree from The Johns Hopkins University, a PhD from Seattle Pacific University, and a Bachelor's degree from Seattle University.
