Brent Bell

Brent Bell, MRA, CRA, currently serves as Vice President of Research Administration at Seattle Children's since November 2024. Previously, Brent held multiple leadership roles at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia from August 2019 to November 2024, including Senior Director of Pre-Award Research Administration, where oversight included submitting over $1B in proposals and managing 1,200 subawards. Additional experience includes serving as Associate Director for Research Administration at Northwestern University, managing significant grant budgets and supervising research administration teams. With a career spanning over two decades, Brent has honed expertise in pre-award and post-award processes, compliance, and team leadership across various prestigious institutions. Brent holds a Master of Research Administration from the University of Central Florida, among other qualifications.
