Coral Dauparas

Coral Dauparas is currently serving as a Resident Doctor at Seattle Children's since July 2023, following completion of a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Washington - School of Medicine in June 2023. Prior to medical residency, Coral gained valuable experience as a Medical Student and undertook roles as an MCAT Tutor with MedSchoolCoach and a TMS Clinician at Dignity Brain Health, where compassionate care was provided to patients with depression. Additional experience includes working as a Quality Improvement Intern at Boston Medical Center, where Coral contributed to marketing strategies and policy research in the Department of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics. An academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, supplemented by international research experiences at the Chang Group at KAIST and undergraduate research in the Buchwald Lab. Coral also developed peer tutoring skills in both biology and chemistry at MIT while managing capital projects as an intern for the Bellevue School District.
