Drew Castillo

Drew Castillo is a Principal Network Engineer at Seattle Children's since June 2017, responsible for the design and maintenance of a large network infrastructure across the Pacific Northwest. Expertise includes the planning and implementation of data center networks, the transition of a primary data center to colocation, and extensive work with Cisco technologies. Prior experience includes roles as a Network Engineer at Amazon, a Senior Network Engineer at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners, and various engineering positions at Sprint. Drew Castillo also has experience as a Network Engineering Instructor at Johnson County Community College, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Central Florida, along with an Associate of Arts from Florida Gulf Coast University.
