Joy Liu

Joy Liu is a Continuous Improvement Consultant at Seattle Children's since September 2021, bringing extensive experience in quality and operations management. Previously, Joy Liu served as Global Quality Program Manager at Foxconn from December 2014 to August 2021, where oversight of PCBA quality for enterprise server products across global manufacturing facilities and establishment of quality initiatives through data insights were key responsibilities. As a Regional Manufacturing Project Manager and Lean Leader at Foxconn, Joy Liu led Lean Kaizen initiatives in regional server component factories, enhancing efficiency and coordinating large-scale Kaizen events. Joy Liu holds a Master of Engineering in Operations Research from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and Information Engineering from the same institution.
