Julija Gelazis

Julija Gelazis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in patient and family experience, marketing, and customer insights. Currently serving as the Senior Director for Patient & Family Experience at Seattle Children's since August 2019, Julija previously held roles including Management Consultant at PeopleFirm and a mid-career sabbatical focused on personal growth activities. Julija's past experience includes senior marketing leadership positions at Kaiser Permanente and Group Health Cooperative, along with consulting roles at Hitachi Consulting. Earlier in the career at United Natural Foods, Julija worked as a Publications Manager. Julija holds an MBA in Marketing and an e-Business Certificate from the UW Foster School of Business, along with a BA in Music from Wesleyan University.
