Kashi A. serves as the Program Director for the Behavioral Health Service Line at Seattle Children's since December 2012, having held various roles including External Affairs Manager and Mental and Behavioral Health Program Manager. Responsibilities include conducting Community Health Needs Assessments, implementing mental health improvement strategies, and evaluating their effectiveness. Kashi also coordinates admissions in the Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine Unit and has experience providing supervision and behavioral interventions on the Inpatient Psychiatric Unit. In addition to current board membership at Ryther, previous roles include Values and Vocations Fellow at Occidental College, Research Assistant Volunteer at the University of California, and internships in legal and educational settings. Kashi holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Occidental College.
