Lance Babb

Lance Babb, RACR, is an experienced recruiter specializing in the healthcare and scientific sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Seattle Children's since March 2021, Lance focuses on pediatric medical research within an internationally recognized institution. Prior to this role, Lance held positions as a Clinical Recruiter at Amedisys and as a Recruiting Specialist at Franciscan Health System, where responsibilities included developing recruitment strategies for various service lines and collaborating with hiring managers. Additionally, Lance served as a Sr. Scientific Recruiter at Kelly Scientific Resources, building relationships within the biotech and pharmaceutical industries.
