Nicholas Bach

Nicholas Bach is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in full cycle recruiting and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Seattle Children's since March 2021, Nicholas supports Seattle Children's Hospital and surrounding clinics. Prior to this role, Nicholas worked as a Talent Advisor (Lead Recruiter) at IBM, providing recruiting support for Providence Health through IBM RPO services. Nicholas also held the position of Senior Recruiter at Providence Health & Services, where recruiting efforts spanned the West Coast, and served as an Account Manager and Recruiter at Aerotek, managing recruiting operations and client relationships. Nicholas holds a BA in Human Resource Management from Western Washington University, obtained in 2011.
