Paula Dowdle

Paula Dowdle is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in hospital administration. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Seattle Children's since August 2014, Dowdle previously held the position of COO at Jefferson Healthcare from January 2001 to August 2014. Earlier in the career, Dowdle was the Director of various departments, including Cardiology, Radiology, Pulmonary, Neuro-Diagnostics, and Pediatric Clinics at St. Vincent Healthcare from 1981 to 2001, and also served as Director at Saint Vincent Hospital and Health Center during the same period. Dowdle earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospital and Health Care Facilities Administration/Management from the University of Colorado Denver between 1995 and 1997.
