Ryan Horn

Ryan Horn has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as Manager of Ambulatory Psychiatry at Seattle Children's since April 2015, where leadership includes initiatives for patient access, provider deployment, and change management. Previously, in the role of Practice Manager for Urgent Care Services, Ryan achieved notable improvements such as an 11% increase in BIPOC patient population and a 108% rise in provider-generated revenue. Additional roles at Seattle Children's include Ambulatory Management Systems Leader and Manager of Administrative Operations, where responsibility encompassed overseeing administrative operations and enhancing ambulatory operations systems. Earlier, Ryan gained experience as an Administration Intern at The Polyclinic and as a Clinical Administrative Supervisor at Seattle Children's. Ryan holds a Master of Health Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Law, Societies, and Justice from the University of Washington.
