Shanda Johnson

Shanda Johnson, MA, CPPS, has extensive experience in patient engagement, safety, and organizational development, primarily at Seattle Children's, where roles have included Engagement and Retention Consultant and Program Manager II in Patient Safety since January 2011. Prior positions include Sr. Program Coordinator in the Patient and Medication Safety Department, Ambulatory Clinic Supervisor, and Family Services Coordinator. Shanda's career began at The Polyclinic and included a brief internship at PEMCO, along with leadership experience as Vice President of Chapter Operations for Alpha Phi International Fraternity. Shanda holds a Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Psychology and Family Consumer Sciences from the University of Idaho.
