Stephanie Mgebroff

Director GMP Quality Control

Stephanie Mgebroff is an experienced professional in the field of quality control and cell manufacturing, currently serving as the Director of GMP Quality Control at Seattle Children's Research Institute since February 2011. In this role, Stephanie provides operational and strategic oversight for the Quality Control Program within the Therapeutic Cell Production GMP facility, focusing on release testing and assay development for clinical manufacturing of cell therapy products. Previously, Stephanie held the position of Quality Control Manager at the same institute, where development of facility infrastructure and quality systems contributed to the expansion of the quality control team. Prior experience includes serving as a Cellular Production Associate at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and a Research Technologist at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, with notable contributions to the pre-clinical development of adoptive T cell therapies. Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Gonzaga University.
