Melyssa Schug

Melyssa Schug currently serves as the Director of the Experience Chocolate Project at Seattle Chocolate Company, where responsibilities include creating memorable chocolate-centric experiences for guests. With a strong background in customer service and management, Melyssa has been a Concierge at Alaska Airlines since January 2019 and previously held the position of Manager for the Airport Club Rooms from July 1997 to August 2018. In this role, Melyssa managed the customer lounge network, overseeing strategic planning and the launch of new lounges while fostering relationships with vendors, airline partners, and senior leaders.
