Nipha V.

Nipha V. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2000, they started their career as a Bank Teller and Customer Service Representative at U.S. Bank, where they worked until 2002. Nipha then transitioned to the retail sector, joining Caché, Inc. as a Sales Associate, Intern, and Assistant Manager from 2003 to 2004. Nipha gained valuable experience in store management and customer service as a Store Manager at Sunglass Hut from 2005 to 2007. Nipha continued to work in the optical industry, becoming a Sales Supervisor and Optician Apprentice at Lenscrafters from 2004 to 2011. During this time, they coached sales teams and focused on delivering excellent customer care. In 2011, Nipha joined Pearle Vision as a Store Manager and later took on the role of Market Manager for six locations. Nipha also worked as a Visual Merchandising Manager at Luxottica, supporting the Pearle Vision brand. In 2017, Nipha shifted their focus to the retail and food industry, working as a Seasonal Retail Associate at Fran's Chocolates and then as a Retail Merchandising and Inventory Specialist at Starbucks Reserve. Most recently, in 2019, they became an Optical Manager at Eye Associates Northwest, PC. Nipha is currently working as a Sales Operations professional at Seattle Chocolate Company. Nipha has demonstrated a strong ability to build trusted relationships, empower and inspire teams, and ensure excellent execution in their roles.

Nipha V. attended Brooks College from 2002 to 2004, where they pursued an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Visual Merchandising.
