Renee Wasisco

Renee Wasisco currently serves as the Assistant Director of Accounting at the Seattle Convention Center, overseeing governmental accounting and the implementation of GASB 87 and 96, along with managing a $2 billion capital project and enhancing internal controls. Previously, Wasisco held roles such as Accounting Manager 2 for the City of Seattle's Human Services Department, Controller for Bellevue Convention Center Authority, and Manager of Accounting for Symetra. Experience also includes significant positions at the City of Issaquah, King County Library System, and Enterprise Rent A Car, with responsibilities encompassing financial reporting, audit processes, grants management, and staff development. Wasisco holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Southeast Missouri State University.
