Phillip Carrillo

Phillip Carrillo is an experienced talent development professional currently serving as a Talent Development Partner at Seattle Credit Union since May 2017, following roles as an HR Generalist - Onboarding Specialist and Training and Development Specialist. In these positions, Phillip has focused on enhancing the onboarding experience and developing engaging training programs, utilizing adult learning methodologies and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Prior to this, Phillip held various roles at Express Scripts from August 2007 to June 2016, including Training Specialist and Operations Supervisor, demonstrating a strong background in employee training and development.
