Adriana Beltran is the Executive Director for Seattle International Foundation, previously serving as Director for Citizen Security and Senior Associate for Citizen Security at Washington Office on Latin America. Adriana has also worked as a Consultant at UNDP and held various roles at Washington Office on Latin America focusing on police reform, organized crime, and violence against women advocacy. Beltran holds a Master of International Public Policy from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies from Loras College.
