Julian Graef

Julian Graef is a Research Analyst and Community Engagement & Data Manager at Seattle Jobs Initiative. Prior to this, Julian worked as a Center Manager and Energy Program Specialist at Hopelink. Julian also held positions as Co-convener of Conflict Mapping Graduate Internship and Teaching Assistant at the University of St Andrews. Additionally, Julian was a Research Associate at the University of Oxford's Centre for the Study of African Economies. Julian served as an Operations Specialist in the US Navy. Julian holds a PhD in International Relations and Affairs from the University of St Andrews, as well as a Master's degree in International Relations, Peace and Conflict Studies, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, History from the University of Washington.
