Amy O’Donnell

Amy O'Donnell is an experienced membership and business development professional with a strong background in strategic planning and member engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Membership Investment at the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce since January 2020, O'Donnell previously held the position of Director of Membership and Business Development at the Washington Society of CPAs from May 2007 to April 2019. In this role, O'Donnell successfully implemented strategies that resulted in a 90% retention rate for members, analyzed data to inform membership strategy, and aligned services with member needs. O'Donnell holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Clark University and a certificate from the Leadership Program at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
