Jenny Lei Elsey

Jenny Lei Elsey, Ed.D, currently serves as the Associate Vice President for Student Life and Dean of Student Success at Seattle Pacific University since July 2021, with prior roles as Assistant Provost for Experiential Learning and Student Success. From January 2023, Jenny functions as an Independent Contractor at the Leadership Center, specializing as an IDI Certified Coach and Consultant. Previously, Jenny held the position of Dean of Student Success and Equity and Title IX Coordinator at George Fox University from July 2015 to June 2021, and has held multiple leadership positions at Azusa Pacific University and Life Pacific College. Jenny earned a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Higher Education from George Fox University, along with degrees in College Student Affairs and Applied Communications from Azusa Pacific University.
