Karen Weber

Adjunct Professor: Early Childhood Education at Seattle Pacific University

Karen (Rutter) Weber is an accomplished educator and administrator with extensive experience in early childhood education. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Seattle Pacific University, Weber teaches "STEM for Early Education," a course integral to the School of Education's new undergraduate program. With a multifaceted role as Chief Operating Officer of the Weber Family since 1986, responsibilities include managing various aspects of family life, logistics, and support services. Previous roles include consulting and training for the High/Scope Educational Research Foundation, teaching choral music at King's Schools, and serving as an Early Childhood Specialist at Microsoft for the Actimates project. Educational credentials include an AABD from Seattle Pacific University, M.Ed. from Boston College in Early Childhood and Special Education, and a B.A. from the University of the Pacific in Liberal Studies - Education.
