Howard Crabtree has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Howard Crabtree started their career as a Sales Executive at Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. in 1991. Howard Crabtree then transitioned into the healthcare field and worked as a Staff Pharmacist at Kroger Specialty Pharmacy from 1997 to 2001. Following this, they joined Seattle Opera as an Opera Singer from 2001 to 2003. In 2002, they joined UW Medicine as a Staff Pharmacist until 2012.

In 2008, they founded Seattle Pharmacy Relief, PLLC and served as the Chief Executive Officer. Howard also served as the Vice Chairman of the Pharmacy Legislative and Regulatory Affairs Council at Washington State from 2012 to 2016.
