Daniel Tilton is an experienced librarian currently serving as the Assistant Managing Librarian for the Quick Information Center at The Seattle Public Library since February 2007. Previously, Daniel held various positions at the Brooklyn Public Library, including Supervising Librarian and Adult/Teen Services Librarian, as well as a Librarian role at Pratt Institute. Daniel began the career path as a Graduate Assistant in the reference department at the Pratt Library, following a position as a Caseworker with the New York Foundation for Senior Citizens Guardian Services and roles as a Program Supervisor and Residential Counselor with CASCAP. Daniel holds a Master's degree in Information and Library Science from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Brandeis University.
