Erika Miller

Erika Miller is an experienced library professional currently serving as a Supervising Librarian and Children’s Services Librarian at The Seattle Public Library since April 2022. Prior to this role, Erika spent nearly five years as a Youth Services Librarian at Timberland Regional Library District, where duties included planning and implementing educational programs, providing readers' advisory, and leading community outreach initiatives. Erika's library career began as a Library Assistant at Kitsap Regional Library, complemented by customer service experience as a barista at Starbucks and Albertsons. Erika holds a Master of Library & Information Science from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Western Washington University, along with an Associate's degree in English Literature.
