Amy Swisher

Amy Swisher has over 20 years of experience in guest services and event management within the sports and entertainment industry, currently serving as the Director of Guest Services for the Seattle Seahawks since February 2018. Prior roles at the Seattle Mariners included Senior Manager of Guest Experience and Event Manager, where Amy oversaw fan experiences, trained staff, coordinated events, and managed operations. Amy has a strong background in hospitality and facility operations, with expertise in staff training, budget management, and enhancing guest satisfaction. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts from Western Washington University, completion of the Disney Institute program, and attendance at the IAVM Venue Management School.
