Karri Kowal has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Karri is currently a Senior Program Manager at Salesforce, where they collaborate with Microsoft to execute complex email programs for global organizations. Karri has also served as a Senior Campaign Manager and Campaign Manager at Salesforce, overseeing the execution of intricate email programs. Prior to working at Salesforce, they worked as a Game Day Presentation Staff member at Seattle Sounders FC, handling event management and organization of entertainment. Karri has also worked as a Program Manager at the Bureau of Education & Research, managing and coordinating conferences across the USA and Canada. Additionally, they have experience as a Corporate Account Manager at ETI Travel, negotiating contracts and managing client accounts. Karri began their career as a Marketing Intern at Ticketmaster NW Region. Throughout their career, Karri has developed strong skills in program management, campaign management, event organization, and client account management.

Karri Kowal, PMP, CSM, completed their education at Washington State University from 2001 to 2005. Karri earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a focus on Advertising and Sports Management. In addition to their degree, Karri has obtained several certifications. Karri became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance in July 2019. In February 2018, they achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Prior to that, in July 2017, Karri obtained the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification from Salesforce. Karri also holds the Salesforce Administrator Certified designation, which they earned in June 2016, also from Salesforce.
