Amanda Rausch

Amanda Rausch, LMFT, BC-TMH, is the Owner and Founder of No Stress No Stigma, where a modern approach to self-care and mental health is emphasized. With extensive experience in the field, Amanda serves as an Internship Site Supervisor at Seattle University, Antioch University Seattle, and Central Washington University, mentoring students and providing them with clinical experience. Previous roles include Director of Therapist Community and Enrichment at Talkspace, and Director of Development at In Your Corner, focusing on connecting clients with therapists through online platforms. Amanda holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and English from the University of San Diego. Additionally, Amanda has experience as a yoga teacher and barre instructor, integrating wellness practices into therapeutic approaches.
