Eduardo M. Peñalver

Eduardo Penalver serves as the President of Seattle University since July 2021, bringing extensive experience from their previous roles at Cornell Law School, where Eduardo served from July 2006 to July 2021 as Professor of Law and held the positions of Allan R. Tessler Dean and Professor of Law. Additionally, Eduardo Penalver was the John P. Wilson Professor of Law at the University of Chicago Law School from January 2013 to June 2014. Eduardo Penalver's academic background includes an AB in History from Cornell University, a Master’s Degree in Philosophy and Theology from the University of Oxford, and both a JD and Doctor of Law from Yale Law School.
