Katie Bowler

Katie Bowler, MBA, has over a decade of experience in advancement and event management at Seattle University. Currently serving as the Advancement Services Specialist since June 2011, Katie ensures timely processing of donation transactions while improving operational efficiency and team interactions. Previously, Katie held roles such as Senior Advancement Assistant and Advancement Assistant, managing event registration, guest communications, and data integrity within Raiser’s Edge database. Earlier positions included Event Scheduling and Event Management System Specialist, where Katie oversaw campus event space and training for the EMS software, and Interim Event Coordinator, responsible for planning and coordinating various university events. Katie earned an MBA and a Certificate in Leadership Formation from Seattle University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies.
