Mishu Alemseged

Mishu A. currently serves as the Assistant Director of Career Education at Seattle University, where responsibilities include coaching over 500 clients in career development and delivering more than 30 workshops. Mishu also holds the position of Graduate Research Assistant at Seattle Pacific University, specializing in survey construction and data analysis within managerial contexts. Previous experience includes advising clients on career strategies as a Career Advisor, consulting on employee evaluation metrics at Scontrino-Powell, and contributing to leadership development initiatives at the Political Equity Project. Academic achievements include a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and an MA in the same field from Seattle Pacific University, alongside a dual degree in Organizational Behavior and Psychology from La Sierra University.
