Shaney Fink

Shaney Fink currently serves as the Vice President for Athletics and Director of Athletics at Seattle University, a position held since November 2016. Prior to this role, Shaney spent 17 years at the University of San Diego, where responsibilities included Senior Associate Athletics Director, overseeing NCAA Division 1 FCS operations, and Associate Director of Athletics, focusing on compliance with NCAA regulations. Shaney’s career in athletics began as an Assistant Volleyball Coach at Colgate University and progressed to coaching positions at Notre Dame High School and in beach volleyball competitions. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley.
