Rob Olijslager

Rob Olijslager is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources across multiple industries. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Seaway7 since December 2018, Rob contributes to the development of renewable energy through expertise in HR within the offshore wind farm sector. Previously, Rob worked at HE Space Operations from December 2012 to November 2018 in various HR roles, focusing on personnel recruitment for the space industry. Additional experience includes serving as a Human Resources Officer at BHP Billiton and progressing through several HR roles at USG People and Free Record Shop. Rob holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management & Employment Mediation from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, complemented by a PDL Certificate in Payroll and labor law.
