Stephen King is a professional with diverse experience in customer service and marketing. Currently serving as a Sales Ambassador at SeaWorld since October 2023, Stephen focuses on enhancing guest experiences and increasing sales. Concurrently, as a Writer, Editor and Publisher for YouTube since January 2023, Stephen creates and uploads video content. Prior experience includes a role as Marketing Specialist at Firehouse Subs from June 2014 to December 2022, where Stephen promoted the business through various channels while delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, Stephen worked as a Customer Service Representative at Modivcare from March 2020 to December 2021, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from Texas State University and an Associate's degree in Journalism from Austin Community College.
