Lucía Figar

Lucía Figar is an Advisory Board Member at Seaya Ventures, a venture capital firm based in Spain. Prior to their current role, they served as a Regional Minister for Education in the Comunidad de Madrid from 2007 to 2015. Lucía also held the position of Secretary General for Social Affairs in the Ministry of Labour & Social Affairs for the Gobierno de España from 2002 to 2004.

Lucía Figar has a Global Executive MBA from IE Business School, a Digital Business Strategy from the Executive Program at MIT Sloan School of Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Economía from CUNEF.
