Hanna Hallsten's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Hanna is currently working as the Head of Client Management & Operations at SEB Embedded, a banking-as-a-service startup. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Client Management and Operations - Banking-as-a-Service at SEBx. Hanna also worked as a Commercial Advisor at H&M Group and held several roles at H&M, including Contract Manager and Procurement Lead. Additionally, they have experience in IT services and marketing roles at RNB RETAIL AND BRANDS, Nordic Designed Accessories, Symantec, and Bajoum Interactive AB.

Hanna Hallsten attended IHM Business School from 2003 to 2005, where they pursued a Yrkeshögskola in Business Administration and Management, General. In 1997, they briefly attended the University of Brighton International College to complete the Cambridge Exam. From 1994 to 1995, they studied at Université catholique de l'Ouest, focusing on French, History of Art, and Social Science. Before that, they completed a three-year program in Ekonomisk at Blackebergs Gymnasium from 1988 to 1991. In terms of additional certifications, Hanna obtained the SEB Group Advanced Specialist Programme from Mannaz in 2022, ITIL Foundation from BITA in 2014, PPS for Project Owner and Steering groups from Tieto in 2013, and PPS Advanced Project Management from Tieto in 2008.
