Jesper Borglund

Jesper Borglund has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jesper most recently served as the Head of IT Corporate at SEB Pension, starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Distribution IT at SEB from October 2018 to January 2023. Before joining SEB, Jesper worked at Com Hem AB as a Product Area Manager and Product Owner in the Customer Interaction department from February 2012 to October 2014. Jesper also has experience in the online gaming industry, where they worked at bwin.party digital entertainment as a Team Leader and Product Manager for their poker products from 2008 to 2012. In addition, Jesper has worked at Eniro Gula Sidorna AB in various roles including Affärsutvecklare, Pricing Manager, and Project Manager from 2001 to 2008. Jesper began their career in marketing at Din Del in 2000.

Jesper Borglund obtained their Master's Degree in Ekonomi from Halmstad University, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications. In 2019, they became a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist and a Certified SAFe® 4 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. More recently, in January 2022, they acquired a certification in Open Source Software Development Methods from Coursera.
