Florence Candianides

Florence Candianides has extensive work experience in marketing and brand management. Florence was Vice President of Marketing Services Global Products & Innovation at Groupe SEB from July 2020 to the present. Prior to this role, they served as Vice President of Marketing Europe - Continent EMEA from September 2014 to October 2020, where they led the marketing and digital teams for Greater Europe and coordinated integrated communication plans. Before that, Florence was Vice President of Brand Activation from July 2012 to September 2014 and Vice President of Strategic Marketing High End Cookware and Partnerships from October 2010 to July 2012. Florence initially joined Groupe SEB in 2007 as Vice President of Partnership Projects Development, a role they held until October 2010.

Before their time at Groupe SEB, Florence worked at Auchan as a Homeware Retail Manager from July 1986 to January 1990. In this role, they oversaw the homeware category, including business planning, purchasing, and sales forecasting.

Prior to Auchan, Florence held the position of International Product Director at Groupe SEB from 1990 to 2007. In this role, they developed and implemented worldwide marketing and communication strategies, initiated innovation processes, and integrated sourcing from Asian markets. Florence also worked on defining brand platforms for newly acquired companies.

Florence Candianides completed their education in Business Administration with a Marketing specialty at Sup de Co Marseille (Kedge BS) from 1981 to 1986. In 2010, they participated in an Executive Management Program at IMD, focusing on Business Administration. In 2006, Florence attended an Advanced Management Program in Business Administration and Management at INSEAD. Most recently, in 2021, they undertook the Advanced Management Program for executives at HEC Paris, specifically tailored for Groupe SEB. Additionally, Florence obtained a certification titled "Be the Manager People Won't Leave" from LinkedIn in 2021.
