Goran Kurt has extensive experience in marketing and innovation in the consumer electronics and home appliance industries. Goran most recently worked as the Global Vice President of Innovation and Strategic Domestic & Professional Domains at Groupe SEB. In this role, they developed the strategic direction for a portfolio of premium innovation activities.
Prior to that, Goran held various roles at Electrolux and Samsung Electronics Nordic. At Electrolux, they served as the Marketing Manager for the Kitchen Product Line in Europe. At Samsung Electronics Nordic, they were the Head of Marketing for the Consumer Electronics division, where they were responsible for team setup, coaching, and leadership, as well as developing marketing strategies and go-to-market plans. Goran also launched several successful campaigns and achieved top market share in various segments.
Before joining Samsung, Goran worked at Toshiba Corporation, where they held the positions of Head of Marketing for South East Europe and Digital and Campaign Marketing Manager for EMEA. In these roles, they were responsible for marketing strategy, implementation, budget management, and developing partnerships with affiliate companies.
Throughout their career, Goran has demonstrated strong leadership and a track record of driving business results through innovative marketing and strategic planning.
Goran Kurt obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Media Engineering from Lund University. Goran also completed a Mini MBA in Brand Management with Mark Ritson at Marketing Week. Additionally, they pursued studies in Management and Organization in Social Science at Linnaeus University.
