Jordan Gachet

Jordan GACHET has extensive experience in the field of engineering, specializing in the design and development of carbide products and cutting tools. Currently serving as a Technical Office Manager at Hyperion Materials & Technologies since July 2018, Jordan is responsible for the development of new carbide products for wear applications and cutting inserts, overseeing production processes, part and tooling design, and process definition. Previously, Jordan held positions at Sandvik Hyperion, focusing on rotary cutter design and rigidity calculations for production validation, as well as project management in the development of new products. Early career experiences include mechanical studies for hydraulic structures at Compagnie Nationale du Rhône and internships in various engineering roles. Jordan holds an engineering degree in aeronautical structural engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Mécanique et d'Aérotechnique.
