Mayara Valderano

Mayara Valderano is an accomplished supply chain professional with extensive experience in procurement and materials planning. Currently serving as Coordenadora de Projetos Supply Chain and Compradora sênior at Groupe SEB since June 2015, Mayara specializes in direct procurement of ferrous and non-ferrous metal components, including negotiation with aluminum mills for cookware production. Previous roles include senior buyer at Axalta Coating Systems, managing a USD 30 million annual spend on direct chemical materials, and buyer at Keiper, where Mayara led cost reduction projects and managed an annual purchase of R$ 80 million. Mayara's early career involved materials planning positions at ARTEB and Continental, focusing on effectively managing inventory and supplier relationships.
