Radek Matuszewski has extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various sectors, primarily in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as VP Europe North, East & UK for Groupe SEB since August 2012, Radek has also held multiple general management positions within the company, overseeing operations in Poland and the Baltic countries. Prior to Groupe SEB, Radek was General Manager for Tata Global Beverages, where responsibilities included P&L performance for a 110-person organization. Additional experiences include roles as Sales Director at Kraft Foods Polska, General Manager at LU Poland (Danone Group), and multiple positions at Unilever, Danone, and Coca-Cola in Poland and Ukraine, with a strong focus on sales and marketing management. Radek holds a degree from the University of Gdansk, completed in 1990.
