Serena Wu

Serena Wu currently serves as the Supply Chain Assistant Manager at 賽博集團, leading a team of two planners and supporting regional supply chain needs since July 2019. Previously, Serena worked as a Sr Supply Chain Planner at Juvo+ from December 2017 to May 2019, focusing on demand planning management. From December 2011 to December 2017, Serena contributed as a Supply Chain Specialist at Praxair, Inc., where significant improvements were made in inventory control, reporting speed, and the introduction of Oracle and SAP systems. Serena also established shipping processes and implemented Just-in-time delivery arrangements that enhanced revenue and customer satisfaction. Early career experience includes a Sales Assistant role at Myriad, where client relationships and product quality issues were managed. Serena holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Mass Communication from National Chung Cheng University.
